What is your favorite cookware?

The French love copper cooking pots and pans. As beautiful as copper looks when it is polished, my goodnesss it takes too much work to keep it looking pretty hanging from a rack. I usually keep my copper crepe pan and saute pans tucked away out of sight in a kitchen cabinet.
