Looking At Calphalon
When I was selling off some of my restaurant and catering equipment, I made the huge mistake of letting one of my former competitors buy up my large collection of commercial stainless steel pots and pans for practically nothing.
I could kick myself! What was I thinking?
My collection was worth a fortune and I practically gave them away.
At some point I'm going to need to replace a few of the big pots I sold. So I'm curious about what all is available on the market.
Is there a better conductor of heat than what I already had?
I'm going to start looking at Calphalon.
Calphalon offers infused anodized cookware, stainless steel cookware and nonstick cookware (the three essential cooking surfaces) in their collection of saucepans, stock pots and frying pans; roasting pans and other important entertaining pieces.
I even heard that you can get Calphalon griddle, wok and other specialty shapes to fit your culinary needs.
Has anyone had experience with Calphalon?
